Replacement filling (PWD)

Compensation is one option for meeting the mandatory PWD employee share. Employers with more than 25 employees are required by law to comply. These employers are required to employ 4% of disabled people in proportion to their total number of employees.
The mandatory share can be met in several different ways:
- Direct employment of PWD
- By transferring funds to the state budget
- Purchase of services as a substitute benefit
