Business cooperation

We are looking for permanent business partners from cleaning companies for joint participation in our clients' orders.

 

With regard to the many years of tradition, our trading company relies on the quality of the services provided in relation to our business partners. Due to the variety of orders (cleaning shopping centers, business units, hypermarkets, but also offices, houses, apartments, etc.), we need to cover some specialized work with qualified cooperating business partners.

 

Cooperation requirements:

 

• Experience in performing cleaning services
• Compliance with the quality of provided cleaning services
• Adherence to technical procedures, knowledge of valid and effective standards in connection with the execution of cleaning work
• Compliance with health and safety during the provision of cleaning services Ensuring cleaning work through properly trained employees
• Observance of all legal regulations, especially in the area of ​​employment of persons, where our trading company places particular emphasis on:
  • Proper conclusion of the employment relationship with the employee
  • Proper training in the field of health and safety
  • Implementation of statutory levies, mandatory payments and taxes (especially health, health and pension insurance, VAT, income tax, etc.)
  • Adherence to the conditions related to the performance of work - in particular compliance with the maximum length of shifts, rest between shifts, rest during the week, proper keeping of records of working hours, holidays, etc.
  • Compliance with obligations in the area of ​​employment of foreigners
  • Adherence to the lowest levels of minimum and guaranteed wages
• Ensuring a responsible, Czech-speaking representative at the workplace
• Compliance with technical inspections of washing machines in case these machines are used during cleaning
