Criminal law compliance program

The BRUCO group of companies has introduced a criminal law compliance program, which represents a comprehensive system of binding rules of behavior and conduct, the aim of which is to prevent and protect individual companies of the BRUCO group, its employees, managers and authorities, from the risks of criminal liability, especially criminal liability of legal entities. This program also includes rules regarding the protection of whistleblowers (whistleblowing).

Notifications regarding compliance or suspected violations of legal regulations or internal regulations of the BRUCO Group of Companies can be made in accordance with the relevant internal regulations of the BRUCO Group of Companies in the following ways:

Notices made in writing or by telephone may also be submitted anonymously. In such a case, however, the notifier will not be informed about the method of handling the notification.
